This is one of the most precious teas in my collection! Shared by the Tu Family from HGT Hwa Gung Tea (HGT) from their beautiful tea farm in Lishan. Their company is more than 100 years old and they have a great story. They pioneered the cultivation of tea in the highest areas of Taiwan. Lishan is one of the mountain ranges that produces some of the best tea and this place is one of the reasons I wanted to stay in Taiwan longer. 

ISO22000, 5 stars tea garden.

Profile: Notes of ripe fruits like peaches and pears, muscatel, lingering honey, and nice round body. Medium-heavy oxidation and medium- heavy roasted. Aged since the spring of 2011.
