Refund policy

We fulfill all online orders within 3 business days of purchase.  

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking information.  Transit times may vary, depending on where your package is being shipped. During holiday periods, order processing and transit times may increase.

We are unable to cancel or change orders after they have shipped.

Returns

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We do our best to provide you with quality tea. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returned teas.  Therefore, all SALES ARE FINAL once products have shipped.

If you receive the wrong product or your product arrives damaged, our team will be happy to consider either replacing or refunding the full amount of your purchase as store credit. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and send us an email at orders@myteaplaces.com with your order number included and a photo of the incorrect or damaged product for us to review.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you request to cancel or change your order prior to it being shipped, then any refund due will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
