My Tea Places Shipping Policy

Fulfillment

We do our best to process your order within 3 business days after it's placed. However, if you’re ordering multiple gifts for separate addresses or a Tea Experience, please allow 5-10 business days for us to prepare your shipment. This timeframe doesn't include weekends, holidays, or days we are closed. Orders ship from California, and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Please note during holiday season, order processing and transit times may increase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight, size of your order, and the distance it needs to travel. From time to time, we offer Free Shipping within the U.S. on orders over $100 or sometimes less during seasonal promotions. Shipping Vendors

We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, offering various options for your convenience. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Please note that shipping vendors may increase prices during the holidays. As a small tea company, we always strive to find the most cost-effective shipping options for our customers.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is processed and ready to ship.
