Profile: Delicate whole tea leaves and buds rolled into almost perfect pearls scented with high-quality jasmine blossoms.

Story 

The tea leaves in this tea come from Puer City in Yunnan Province, and the jasmine blossoms from Guangxi Province, one of my favorite places in China. I fell in love with Guangxi Province on my first trip to China and this tea definitely brings back good memories. This is a slightly different Jasmine Dragon Pearl than our first Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl green tea from years ago as they differ in terroir and cultivar. Have fun!

Enjoy how these pearls unfurl, releasing their beautiful jasmine scent and sweet flavor. This tea has a soft and smooth mouthfeel and can be re-steep for multiple infusions.

Brewing Instructions for Western Style: 3g of tea | 8 oz water | 175°F -180°F | 2-3 min

Gongfu Style Brewing: 5g of tea | 100ml-150ml of water | 170°F-180 °F | 10-15 seconds and increase over 5-6 infusions.
