Story
Historically, the island of Taiwan was called by the Portuguese, “Ilha Formosa” meaning, “Beautiful Island”. Hualien in particular is known for its breathtaking landscapes, mountainous terrain, tropical forests and deep blue ocean. Located on the eastern coast of Taiwan, Hualien welcomes each day with an incredibly beautiful sunrise. The golden liquor reminds us of the sun’s first light and makes us appreciate the place where this special tea is from.

Brewing Instructions
Hot
2.5-3g of tea | 8 oz of water | 200 °F temperature | 2-3 minutes
For second infusion please steep for 1/2 of the time
Chilled
3g or 1 Tbsp | 16 - 24 oz of water | 200 °F | Leave the leaves in the container | Cool down the tea | Refrigerate for 4 hours (covered)
Cold Brew
3g or 1 Tbsp | 12 oz - 16 oz of water | Room Temperature Water | Leave the leaves in the container | Refrigerate for 12-24 hours (covered)
