Brewing Instructions
Ideal infusion: 3g or (1 teaspoon of tea), 8oz of hot water 195°F, 2-3 minutes. Infuse the leaves again with hot water when you are ready for more.
Chilled Tea: Use ideal infusion instructions and infuse your tea leaves multiple times, to your taste. Let the liquor cool down. Then pour the tea in a large glass container with an airtight lid and place in the fridge until it is nice and chilled. We leave ours overnight and enjoy it the next day.
Cold Brew: You may also place your tea leaves in a pitcher or a glass container with 12oz-16oz of cold or regular temperature water. Cover it with a lid and place it in the fridge for about 8-10 hours and enjoy.
