Pacific Oolong Reserve - Loose Leaf
Pacific Oolong Reserve - Loose Leaf
Place: Taitung County, Taiwan
Cultivar: Chinsing Oolong
Crop: Summer 2022
Description
This is one of our favorite red oolongs from Taitung County, located in Taiwan’s Pacific Ocean Coast. This oolong is highly oxidized about 70%-80%, and mid-fire baked, dark brown small balled leaves, with memorable sweet fruity golden orange liquor and caramelized notes. Enjoy it hot all year round or cold brew on a warm summer day. It is so refreshing you will want to keep extra in reserve.
